It's Time to Drop That ‘Quarantine 15’!

In my Instagram stories the other day, we ALL agreed (100% of the pollee's) that we have indeed gotten a little plumper than usual during this pandemic. And honestly? It's to be expected! All the extra sitting around and inability to stay on the go this past year has resulted in a lot of eating out of boredom and less than average motivation for exercise. I have 100% told myself to get up and go workout and just didn't because there was no light at the end of the tunnel. It seemed like we were never going to get to the end of 2020 and these panorama shenanigans.

Luckily, things are looking up and we MIGHT get a real summer this year! Bay-bay! It's prime time to get back fine! I've been intermittently working out since January but I'm pledging to be more consistent in the next 8 weeks. I want to see legit results that aren't deterred by slipping back into old quarantine habits. We are about to be free y'all!!! Gotta be ready when we officially get to “the let out”!

I titled it Affirmations because it's truly a lot of things in these songs I'm affirming for myself. 2020 was a doozy but it's time to make up for all that in 2021! I can't wait to see y'all outside!
